Photographer's Note

Centre Place is one of Melbourne's most well know laneways. Melbourne is famed for it's laneways, whether filled with street art, cafes or quirky bars, they make an interesting attraction within the city. I saw tour groups going through the laneways, such is their reputation for visual interest.
This lane has a European feel, with some excellent, and affordable cafes. One of the laneways in Melbourne is named after the band AC/DC (AC/DC lane..).

believe me or not, the exact twin of this street exists in istanbul :) another reason to come and have a look. i guess you climbed up some stairs to get this high point, there are no such high points in ours :P

What's this then, Justin? A colour street photograph! Have you lost your senses, or just looking for points? I like the dark atmosphere, and the inclusion of a fellow photographer is a nice touch.

Excellent street photography, there's too much going on in the image - there's lots to see, the main characters expression and body language is quite entertaining but the picture also shows the relaxed atmosphere and depth, nice bit of natural composition, its a terrific feeling when it all 'comes together' I love the fact that there is menacing eye contact from the guy on the poster!! You spotted him well. Great reportage shot, Well done, tfs.
