I became a pilot for two reasons.

The view from up above is amazing, it is forever changing. To see the effect weather has on the earth is a sight to be hold. Being able to see a thunderstorm to your left and a clear blue sky to your right is indescribably breathtaking.
This is why I have decided to upload more photos of my travels as a pilot. Soon I'm going to take a very long journey from Sydney up to Port Douglas, about a 16 hour flight in a small aircraft, compared to a 2.5 hour flight.

I must agree with your assessment of the joy of flying, even though I'm not a pilot myself. I have friends who are, and I've been up with them several times. I'm looking forward to seeing more aerial shots from you.
