Photographer's Note
One of several pedestrian bridges skirting the side of a steep gully leading to the summit of Spider Hill (also spelt as Spyder Hill) & at 89 metres the highest point in the reserve. Might load a workshop showing the view from the other side of the bridge.
An interesting website I discovered when researching elevation.

Bonjour CHris,
Les arbres cadrent bien le pont. La prise de vue permet de voir les d騁ails du pont de Spider Hill. La lumi鑽e rehausse les couleurs de l'image. Bonne journ馥.

Hello Chris,
Spider Hill doesn't sound like a nice place, but maybe it doesn't mean what it sounds like. But it looks like a nice area, and as usual a curving road, in this case a wooden bridge, creates a certain rhythm and balance to the composition. The trees provide fine green tones and a vertical accent.
Best regards,
Gert

Hi Chris
Both photos are remarkable for the vivid greed colour of the vegetation. Also, both are composed in such a way that the bridge leads the viewer's eye into the image. I can't decide which one I prefer as they are both really beautiful and make me want to be there.
Best wishes
Kasia

Hello Chris,
The curve in this pedestrian bridge makes the photo more dynamic. The bright green colours of the trees on either side are very appealing and the light adds a dreamy mood.

Hello Chris,
If the name of the hill is chosen correctly, I prefer to walk over a bridge than through undergrowth.
Doesn't Australia have some very poisonous spiders?
Here too we find those plants/small trees from your previous photo.
Beautiful picture in the WS too.
Best regards, Paul

Hi Chris
Good to see you getting out for a bit of exercise in the hills of Brisbane. Another good one with the winding path and more grass trees.
cheers

Hello Chris,
It's a fine composition, the decking acting very effectively as a guide across the frame, interesting greenery either side. I thing there may be examples of the grass trees again.
Is this area full of birds and Australian animals? It looks like a reserve.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hi Chris,
I have heard about dangerous spiders prevalent in Australia. I thought this is a bridge over their nest or something ha ha.
Nice curve of the footpath very well captured,

Hello Chris, Strange to call it the bridge, for me it is just a wooden path but a very nice place. I like these funny green grasses.
Best regards Malgo
