Street art of toilets, a photo from Otago, South Island

Photographer's Note

The public toilets in New Zealand are funny places. Verz often they are artistic, even Hundertwasser designed one. I found this public toilet especially funny. Of course, inside the impeccable cleanliness.
It was somewhere on the way from Queenstown to Christchurch. Maybe we just stopped there or even I could take a picture from the bus. I do not remember.
In Workshops two other pictures: from Paihia and from Rotorua.

I had to laugh at the thought of you taking photographs of toilets and then I laughed again at the photograph! With toilets like this, I would have been tempted to follow your lead!

It's nice to see that the people of NZ have a sense of humor. :-) We don't have similar public toilets here in NYC, but if we did, I'd love to see similar art painted on the outside. I've actually taken a long look to see the different types of underwear and shoes painted in this mural. :-)
