Hi all.
A recent shot from one of my evening strolls, this is the Rangitikei River just 10 minutes walk from my house.
A photo I couldn稚 resist and one I値l share with you.

Hi Paul,
Love the ray of light that you capture, beautiful. Even against the light, the landscape still have some details and different shades of colors. I'm not sure about the half tree on the left. I wonder if you can avoid all togather or include the whole tree.

Those clouds make the difference!
Fine atmosphere and a beautiful image. You are lucky to live in such a fine place. I like very much the long line of the river and the two silhuetted banks. A simple but masterful composition.

A lovely play of light as the sun is sinking below the horizon!
I notice how nicely the light reflects off the river, creating a silver band through the landscape...
A well framed scene, and the atmosphere is well transmitted!

What a lovely summer sunset on the Rangitikei River, and here in the mid-Atlantic States of the US a frigid -10ｰ C has a hold. So close to your home, this is a suburb of Paradise.

Naturally those light rays above the clouds are the star of the show. I also really like the way you've framed 'your' river; it gives me a more riverish sense than other photos I've seen of the Ranggitkei.

its very long long time to see you.this photo has an outstanding point.the sun light is so power.good capturing.the river in the evening time gives me the feeling lonely.but it s beautiful. that hide something ought not to see.that good to show in the silhouette style.
