And to finish the photos of my last vacation, a simple image of a child playing on the sands of a beach in Macei�, city that has one of the most beautiful waterfronts among the Brazilian state capitals. This is the Ponta Verde Beach, between the popular beaches of Paju軋ra and Jati昱a.

Hello Alexandre,
A very agreeable composition with more than a touch of charm. The parasol and deckchairs create an interesting graphical effect; the child sat to one side adds a human touch. Very good technical realisation. I like it.

An excellent composition of the beach and the wide ocean in the background. The three colourful chairs are nicely placed next to one another underneath the parasol and the child is also well included.

You call this a simple image, and maybe it is in a way, but it is very appealing with the strong colours of the umbrella and beach chairs in front of the turquoise sea. The little girl adds life and personifies the pleasure of a day in the sun. I really like this bright and well composed photo.

lovely beach holiday scene. The umbrella with chairs already adds a nice holiday touch, and the child again some life and cuteness.
That reminds me a situation which I had two days ago in the city when I took picture of children jumping in the fountain, one of the parents attacked me for taking photos of children... I will show the photo soon.

The presence of the child is animating the scene. The distance between the beach and the horizon is giving deoth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details of the beach, of the chairs and of the parasol. Have a nice day.

me gusta la sencillez de esta composici casi minimalista, donde la sombrilla roja y las sillas de colores juegan un gran papel, pero la ni jugando en la playa aporta un toque vital muy agradable.
El color del mar y el cielo con esas peques nubes completan una foto realmente atractiva.

you should read Mariusz's note from his 2nd to last post about photographing children :) its an interesting experience.

this is such a quaint and picturesque little scene. the rainbow coloured chairs are perfect, as is the red umbrella shade. lots of clouds, and the single girl is neatly placed in the frame. wonderful cheers

Hello Alexandre, I am sure you had wonderful holidays. Intriguing picture, we see the chairs under the umbrella but where are the people? the kid sits alone, with no parents. The water looks very inviting for swimming but there is no one in. Strange.

Hello Alexandre,

Your photograph, for me, is very sophisticated, like one from a magazine. Though the child is definitely the focal point of the photograph, she is less prominent than the seats and umbrella so we immediately absorb the place and the mood and gently place the child within it!
