Photographer's Note
The rapture takes hold of those arriving at the Brennand Workshop, in the V疵zea neighborhood, suburb of Recife. Isolated from the city by a dense forest belt, the warehouses where the S縊 Jo縊 Ceramics, founded in 1917, now function as a unique sanctuary dedicated to the arts. Behind every detail of this colossal work was the painter, sculptor, and ceramist Francisco Brennand, recently deceased on December 19, 2019, at the age of 92. The Brennand Workshop is an architectural complex formed by several building cores that occupy about 15 thousand square meters. There is a garden designed by Burle Marx, a chapel restored by Paulo Mendes da Rocha, a Temple of Sacrifice reminiscent of the massacre of pre-Columbian civilizations, distinctive galleries dedicated to pottery and painting, lakes, fountains and totems, forming an impressive museum. Open. In total, more than a thousand piecesrnby Francisco Brennand can be seen - and touched.

Hello Ricardo,
This horse doesn't look big enough to make room for a number of warriors inside it, it's rather like a toy for very big children. But it's an amusing sculpture and you show us once again a glimpse of the amazing features found in this garden of art. The beautiful horse is well presented in excellent light and colours.
Regards,
Gert

Hello Ricardo,
I have seen 2 Trojan horses in Turkey but this one is all neck and no body. Never mind, I am sure children would love it. Well placed on the vertical 1/3 axis with excellent sharpness. Tfs!

Hello Ricardo,
Amusing view of this horse on the moving platform. I read that the artist have died just recently. He had a very active life, to create all this by himself. Fantastic composition, great colours and spectacular sharpness. Wonderful forest behind the wall.
Kind regards MAlgo

Hello Ricardo, this place sounds like a place that I would very much like to visit.
Another lovely picture, today depicting the Trojan horse. It痴 an imaginative piece of work, good fun. The green trees and grass are a good contrast to the browns and yellows of the piece.
Kind regards, Jean.
