THIRSTY ONES, a photo from Parana, South

Photographer's Note

We have crossed some very dry and very hot days here, anyway this image was took in march.
We can see some Nelore cattle entering in a water reservoir. You can see our red volcanic soil and two soy bean plantations in the background. Once again you can see how the original jungle of my region was left only in the worst parts of our territory, in hilly areas or where there are many stones or where machines can't work. The rustic Nelore cattle was brought from India around 100 years ago and it is adapted to our climate.
Those distant hills are in Kalor� municipality.

Temos atravessado alguns dias de calor intenso e pouca chuva, no entanto esta foto foi tirada em mar輟.
Vemos aqui um rebanho de gado Nelore matando a sede numa represa. Podem ver nosso solo vermelho vulc穗ico e ao fundo duas planta鋏es de soja. Como podem ver a floresta original foi deixada apenas nos locais mais montanhosos, pedregosos e onde as m痃uinas n縊 podem funcionar. O rustic gado Nelore foi trazido da ﾍndia h� quase 100 anos e se adaptou bem ao nosso clima.

Great! This is one of the best your photos of this season! This is a classic scene, I have imagine a sawanna with such view, when the animals are going to the water and drinking drinking... Outstanding landscape on the background, very nice colors.

This is a fine photo where the cows make a beautiful foreground. I like the tones of brown, green and yellow of the ground and the fine scenery generally. It is a peaceful rural area and the photo has a high quality with excellent colours and clarity.
