The waterfront of the city of Florianolis, the buildings all have similar heights because the city has a height limit policy for buildings, which on the other hand makes the property have a higher price than it really should be. This region is actually a large landfill that started as early as the 1970s. The landfill was necessary to allow the widening of the avenues, as the roads that existed did not even give good fluidity to the traffic of vehicles.
