RIO CAPIVARA - CAPIVARA RIVER - This picture was taken right after I crossed the bridge over the CAPIVARA RIVER, between the cities of ANHEMBI and BOTUCATU. It's a small river but in here it looks like a lake because it's part of a bigger Lake formed by the PIRACICABA and TIETﾊ rivers, some kilometers away from there!

The CAPIVARA RIVER is a brazilian river in the State of S縊 Paulo! It starts in the city of BOTUCATU, runs to the north and ends in the TIETﾊ river, in the city of PORTO MARTINS, near the city of SﾃO MANUEL. It has only 30km!

There are two WS VERSIONS in here to show how the CAPIVARA river is a smal river and how it gets wider after the bridge, as it gathers two other bigger rivers!

All over Brazil, Christmas has no cold weather, no snow! As a matter of fact, it's one of the hottest seasons of the year! Traditionally, most of us do the same things people in the northern hemisphere do, even eating a lot, which is not very good in hot days!
Xmas trees are put up, Santa Claus is everywhere (soaking wet in sweat) and Xmas songs are also all around! I always thought we should find a different way of celebrating Christmas in tropical places! Didn't find any, nor anybody did! It's Christmas time, anyway, and let's get into the real spirit of it, wishing happiness, peace, health, prosperity and real love to everyone all over our beloved PLANET EARTH!

Hi Neyvan,
The tall lush green grass make a very impressive lead-in to the lazy river that gentley moves towards the distant hills and lovely blue sky.
Very nice tropical landscape.

Hello Neyvan,
Good square format and usage of the vegetation in the foreground as a natural framing.
You managed here a very difficult and hard light to get a correct exposure from the dark foreground to the horizon.
