My guide took me to Three Powers Square. Here I was facing the southern part of National Congress Building and you can see one of the basins, that in fact the roof of the auditorium located above the chairs of the federal deputies, during polemic vote days this auditorium is closed.
At left you can see part of a garden with 60 imperial palm trees, they are 60 to celebrate the year of 1960, when the city was inaugurated. These palm trees were brought from French Guyana do the Botanic Garden of Rio when the Portuguese king Dom Jo縊 VI invaded that French territory after Napoleon invaded Portugal and the Portuguese royal family was obligated to move to Rio.
If you pay attention you will be able to see the golden building of Itamaraty Palace and behind it some of the ministries.

Meu guia me levou � Pra軋 dos Tr黌 Poderes. Aqui eu estava olhando o lado sul do edif�cio do Congresso e podemos ver uma de suas bacias, que na verdade serve de teto para o audit�rio, localizado acima da cadeira dos deputados, durante os dias pol麥icos de vota鈬o as galerias s縊 fechadas.
ﾀ esquerda vemos um jardim com parte das 60 palmeiras imperiais que celebram o fato da cidade ter sido fundada em 1960. Reparem que ao longe aparece o pr馘io dourado do Pal當io do Itamaraty e atr疽 dele alguns dos minist駻ios.
