Photographer's Note
Day 8 - Here on this gate is where most of the tourists arrive in Taquille, here I leave the Island. My last shot from this place was a quick one. Our guide was already calling me to rejoin the group once I was far way distracted looking the beautiful Titicaca down the plaza, while the others shop or talked together. It was when I turned to leave that I saw this two boys coming back from school. It was just enough time to take the camera again and snap the boy kicking the ball. The sun was really high and this part of the plaza quite shadowy (is that the right way to say?) so the result was a very dark picture. I used the lighten dark areas very heavily and them the PS tool to reduce noise, both combined gave this result, which makes the picture looks more like a drawing than a real picture once it seems to reduce the sharpness. Sometimes I love this and sometimes I don't, just couldn't make-up my mind, so I decide to post it to see what you think. On the WS another POV showing the entire arch.
Of course a bigger aperture would have helped, but in order to reduce the shadow on their faces should I have used a fill in flash also? When to use it? Any tips are welcome. Thanks.

hi Flavia,
Nice scene of tose 2 boys.the composition is good.
For me there is a bit too much "noise" in this shot.not very nice on the faces of boys, but not so important on the walls.

N縊 h nada melhor do que uma bola para divertir dois rapazes. Muito boa a composi鈬o mas as cores parecem um pouco p疝idas.
