Fantastic. I think that I can hear the scream. Terribly expressive. Light is splendidly managed. Also the framing.

And the WS is wonderful too, but in a totally different way. The 2 photos complement each other and both are masterpieces IMO : the other one is equally moving and splendid !!!

Full of admiration for this one (and all the series taken in that maternity ward, almost 29 years ago !)

You've caught the moment perfectly here, George, even though it's clearly a traumatic one. The grimace on her face, the lone ray of light, and the grainy texture all help to convey the grim atmosphere of a medical institute. Great shot.
