Photographer's Note
The Roman aqueduct, 850 m long provides water to the Aspendos site. The water commes from a spring located in more than twenty kilometers. The aqueduct is one of the largest in the area and, on certain parts, like this one, it retains its original height.
Aspendos site is located about 45 km away from the city of Antalya near the town of Belkis and is one of the best preserved Roman theater in the world.
