Photographer's Note

It was raining unluckily in the morning on that day. I came down at Harajuku Station and went to nearby Yoyogi Park. The large site where trees grow thick is located in one corner of a park. The fallen leaves piled up on the ground with rain were damp gently. Wooden benches are in some places at a site. The leaf of the ginkgo tree fell also on the bench, and it was directing the atmosphere appropriate for late autumn. I was taking a walk the site for a while, taking a photograph for the inside of rain. A figure was hardly seen, either. This photograph was taken towards the direction of a park's entrance on the boundary in which red fallen leaves and yellow fallen leaves appear. It was impressive for the extending-straight.

a very pleasant autumn scene with gorgeous colors, well spotted and nicely executed with a good framing by giving the leaves on the floor so much space in the frame.

Hello Mikio,
It'll soon be winter but the photo still shows a beautiful autumn atmosphere. Despite the rainy day, the image is absolutely luminous thanks to the bright yellow carpet of leaves and the light breaking trough the trees. I like your tasteful cropping of the trees here and the contrast between the dark trunks in the FG and the brighter ones in the BG. A fine capture.

This is a lovely photo. It's quite simple but has a great beauty. I get a strong feeling of calmness seeing the yellow leaves covering the clean ground, the dark trunks of the trees and the soft light among the branches further back. This is a photo which brings me peacce of mind.

the colour tones in your picture are amazing. the golden yellows and oranges are wonderful and bring the whole scene together in a beautiful way. the repeating pattern of the tree trunks add further interest to a lovely tranquil scene.

A wonderful autumn shot and this is one beautiful morning you enjoyed. The balmy light is exquisite with msty distance and are just perfect and outstanding while the strong dark colored tree trunks add as strong focal point. The feel of depth and perspective is there with the bench helps to find the best angle and scale to this shot. Bet this brought a smile to your face and what a very picturesque image to the serene surroundings. Top rated scene and love it. My compliments :))

Hello Mikio. The forest has a peculiar fascination for the people, because you can feel yourself safe, the air is pure, you can walk and relax. The photo is well composed and the colors are beautiful. In addition, good handling of light. Overall very nice.

A very simple but yet very effective picture. This is composed like a painting, with heavy brushstrokes along the tree-trunks and an easy application of yellow colours on the ground. A beautyiful picture with a very pleasant and balanced pattern.
