Church of Our Lady of Grace - Triponzo - Cerreto di Spoleto - (PG)

Small votive building, dating from the sixteenth century, located just outside the town, in the direction of Cerreto di Spoleto. Once dedicated to the Madonna del Carmine, it took on its current title after hosting a fourteenth-century statue of the Madonna from Santa Maria de Gravaris. The exterior has the typical features of the sixteenth-century votive building, with two windows on the sides of the simple Renaissance portal, surmounted by a circular oculus and a cross. The wooden shutters date back to 1528. The bell tower, with a single archway, is centrally placed, slightly set back from the facade. On the right wall there is a door, to which a large stone with a circular shape and uniform section, from the Roman age acts as a step.
The interior has a single nave, the ceiling is characterized by decorated tiles, the altar alone is decorated with a canvas depicting the Madonna delle Grazie, between an unrecognized saint and San Francesco d'Assisi, Behind the altar wall is a small sacristy, where a canvas depicting the Madonna of Loreto is placed.SEE WS
