Long exposure (60 secs) on the "Pavillon des Bains" in Gorgier.
Due to the recents rains and storms on the Switzerland the last few weeks, the level of the lac of Neuch穰el is extremely high.
This little building is normaly at one meter from the surface of the lac.
Here, he has his feet in the water.

Hello Dominique,

Like you, we have just been enduring a lot of heavy rain, after a couple of weeks of extreme heat! Thankfully, we have not seen water levels rise, like this!
It's a very well composed photograph, the edge of the lake following a nicely angled line, guiding towards the fence, connected with the focal pavilion.
The exposure is sharp and every feature is well positioned.

All this flooding is such a disaster but in this particular case it was really good for your photo! I like the long exposure that blurred the water and the composition with well-chosen foreground interest. Portrait format suits the image well too.

Beautiful documentary shot of extraordinarily high water level of this lake. Effect of long exposure is special. And this beach hut is a lovely main focal point.

Salut Dominique,un beau retour ici apres 6 ans, mais on n'a pas perdu les contacts merci a facebook. Une photo vraiment magnifique depuis le lac de ta ville,la longue exposition a donnee' un effect soie magique sur les eaux tres hautes malgre' la saison, tres bien fait! Bon WE et merci,Luciano
