Photographer's Note
This was one of those lazy summer afternoons in Sofia when all small streets are "sleeping", and the yards as well. I was passing by when I noticed from the street this typical yard for the centre of Sofia.
Most of the housing in the centre looks like that. They're old, unrenovated for years, and their yards are in most cases neglected - as if the inhabitanst have abandoned the place. But there are some signs of people living there - washing hung at the balconies, old furniture throun out and stored in the backyard, sometimes some rubbish covering the ground around. And, in fact, the most common creatures seen in such yards are...cats!
Each one of these places is unique and together with all these objects seen it creates a small closed living system.
To this photo I made some small adjustments - with colour balance and increased sharpness.

In this photo, I wish for something to focus on, but I find the fence distracting and the maybe the tree on top also. Maybe a view from inside the fence or a wider angle of view, or concentrating on the color of the building and it's balconies. Anyway, the comments make the photo worthwhile and I hope that the comment is constructive. Keep up with your photography.
