Photographer's Note
This is the Military Club in Sofia.
I sat on a bench at the other side of the street to have a rest and decided to shoot the clouds in the background. But when I saw this photo, I was pretty amazed - till then I hadn't realized that the building is tilted! You can compare with the pillar in the middle. It's built on a sloping street, right in the bottom of the slope. Normally buildings are built horizontally and the foundations and basement balance the slope. But this one apparently has both - balancing foundations and a tilt! Quite strange! :)
