Petrov- Plze wine cellars are a very poetic place to see, even more you can enjoy when you enter inside, no matter when you come, you always find some cellars open and friendly people inviting you for a sip. The patterns around the entries are traditionally hand painted.

The Moravian wine region is one of two wine regions in the Czech Republic. It contains around 96 % of the total registered vineyard area of the Czech Republic, with the entire area comprising 18 500 hectares.

I would never think that check republic has a wineries....that always for me was beer country:)Thank you for teaching me something new! But i like the nice accents in the picture- hand painted ornaments, barrels, flowers :)

I did not know you produce wine in CZ, a country so famous for its beer ! I like these decorated entrance showing they also know how to sell their wine with style, lovely colors.

The size of this photo may be very small but this is a very meaningful photo indeed. the colors have an important role in this beauty. how perfect the entrance is painted and flowers this is a splendid scenery

These winecellars are really beautiful and so different from those I know. The architecture and decoration are really beautiful and they even have the colours of my region here. Good composition with beautiful colours, just wish it was a little bigger.
