haha, funny and clever guy...using the tripod and timer to escape the selfie :) I like that you got the people in the shot, not something I would have thought to do - but they really do enhance the scene. The people give depth, like a FG and BG separation. very cool

the Hurcules! I have flown on this plan a few times, as my father is a Military man, he can take his family on the Hercules for $1 each! True story. that was back in the 90's, its probably not allowed any more - the world is a different place now! lovely shot, its cool to see the fat plane from this pov. cool to actually see a good plane photo where the plane is on the ground. cheers

easy to see why people have been enjoying this one. Right away I think about the Western USA landscape, its very similar.
I like that you didn't cut off the last line on the road at the bottom, that's important. striking colors, and I like the contrasting forms. cheers

there's something funny and comical about this. the fact that you can just drive up, set up your fishing rod and just sit back in your car and wait....so funny. this is fishing in 2022 i guess. great shot of this experience and the dridge makes a strong impact

now that is one large blood red sky! or perhaps not so red, but orangey red. no matter, all i know for sure is that I like it and it really stands out with the contrasting darker areas.

what an awesome place this is...winter ice rink..summer roller rink :) There are so many things to enjoy here. Wishing I was back. great to see this shot because we don't often see shots taken from Inside. the shadow lines work well and the black horizontal lines work well too. excellent shot! cheers

amazing how nature has progressed through the Ions...look how hard it is to spot this bird in the tree, almost invisible if not for the yellow beak. Fine captures in the WS's too, perfectly timed. fun shots, something different for sure

of course I really enjoy the WS photo of the ruins, they never disappoint. amazing that 50 people still live here...what are their lives and daily lives like in general, I couldn't do that. wonderful shot of the two churches, lighting is superb

its funny, in the small thumbnail I thought this was going to be a post about Ukraine - given the blue and yellow color combinations. Clearly I had forgotten that Sweden ALSO uses blue and yellow...obviously. Ikea is VERY popular here in Canada, not sure if that's a good thing or not. I admit I have purchased many items for there. The man is even wearing yellow socks. Fun capture, I wonder how long he sat there for. Cheers

yes....CLASSIC subject for Florida. I have been to Florida many times, and these are so common. they are amazing birds, weirdly constructed with long necks but very short legs and a big belly. they can be quite intimidating. lovely shot with this side lighting. good bg blur too

Very nice! I think i prefer this one over the most famous pub in Dublin...just because its different and not so famous.
