Intro: Hi,

I'm very glad that I've found this place to share my pictures with like-minded people around the world!

Photography is one of my leissure activities, which accompanied nearly my whole life. I got my first camera at the age of 8. It was a "Voigtlaender Vitorette C" 35 mm viewfinder camera from my grandpa. Now, some years and some major leaps of technology later, I'm proud owner of a DSLR which makes "life" much easier!

My second hobby is traveling. No wonder, that my favourite genre is landscape photography.

My professional background is designing graphics and animations for internet and televison. In this business I'm surrounded by artificial images and virtual worlds. So, talking about photography, I allways avoid manipulating images and try to capture the real world in all its beauty.
