This phenomenon can be observed around forest line from 250 m a.s.l up to forest line about 400-450 m a.s.l. in region the region globaly delimited by Rovaniemi - Ylitornio - Kittil� - Salla - Kuusamo - Sotkamo - Pudasj舐vi.

In fact, this phenomenon can also be observed elsewhere and the aim of this theme is to group all photos around the world that show trhe similar phenomenon.
