I saw it a few weeks ago and had the same reaction as you. I donｴt know its name or the artist but the location gives a clue. It is placed outside Stockholm Stadium which was built for the olympic games in 1912. So it is supposed to deal with sports and not with domestic violence. But as you say it is bizzare and leaves a bad aftertaste.

Outside an old peoples home in our neighbor town there is a statue of a man that is sort of flying. I think it is supposed to be some kind of poetic dreamscene but to me it just looks like and old man who has slipped and will brake his tighbone within 1/10 sec ;o)
